EXPRESS LINE SERVICES provides local package pickup for qualifying businesses, online sellers, warehouses, and other high-volume shippers in Brooklyn.
We physically collect your ready-to-ship packages from your location, transport them back to Express Line Services, and individually scan eligible UPS and FedEx packages through our authorized drop-off system.
UPS and FedEx Drop-Off Confirmation
After eligible UPS and FedEx packages are scanned at our location, a drop-off receipt can be emailed to you. UPS and FedEx tracking will generally update the same day to show that the packages have been received at an authorized location or facility.
This service can help businesses maintain organized package records and reduce the risk of packages leaving without an initial drop-off record.
Free Pickup for Qualifying UPS and FedEx Shipments
Free local pickup may be available for qualifying large-volume UPS and FedEx shipments. Availability depends on the pickup address, package volume, package size, carrier, and requested pickup time.
USPS Package Pickup
USPS package pickup may be available for an additional fee. Please note that scanning a USPS package into our store's internal drop-off system does not update USPS.com tracking.
USPS tracking normally updates only after the packages are collected and receive an official USPS acceptance or processing scan. For this reason, we cannot promise an immediate USPS tracking update when packages are picked up.
Packages Must Be Ready for Pickup
Before we arrive, all packages must be:
- Completely packed and securely sealed
- Labeled with valid prepaid shipping labels
- Separated and counted by carrier
- Ready to be transported when our driver arrives
Additional packaging, taping, labeling, waiting time, oversized packages, or special handling may require an additional fee.
How the Service Works
- Contact us with your pickup address, carrier, package count, and preferred pickup time.
- We confirm pickup availability.
- Our staff physically collects the packages from your location.
- The packages are transported back to Express Line Services.
- Eligible UPS and FedEx packages are individually scanned through our authorized drop-off system.
- Your drop-off receipt can be sent by email.
